What is the cancellation policy for booking a stay?

Cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival may result in the loss of the deposit. The hotel aims to accommodate guests in exceptional circumstances, like natural disasters.
Is there hot spring water available in the bathtubs?

Only the jacuzzi located by the pool is filled with hot springs water. All other tubs and pools use city water.
Is there any on-site parking available for guests?

The hotel does not have a private parking lot. Street parking is available on First St, and Lincoln Ave allows all-day parking without meters.
